Sessions
If you've been feeling stuck, the same issue keeps coming up, you're facing a challenge in your sport that you don't know how to overcome, you have goals you're working towards, or you just want to keep improving overall as an athlete, book with me and let's get started on your mental performance journey! Sessions will build off each other to help you continuously work towards the objectives you set out to achieve. I offer individual sessions for athletes of all ages, sports, and competition levels.
I also offer individual sessions to coaches. Whether you are wanting to work on aspects of your own mental performance - maybe emotion control, staying cool when things get heated, communicating effectively with your athletes - or if you're searching for ways to be a greater support to your athletes, I am here to help you reach those goals!
Individual sessions are primarily virtual right now, but if you are in Winnipeg and have a spot where you would feel comfortable meeting (e.g., at your training venue or a café) then we can arrange for an in-person session. Most sessions are about one hour long. We can also start out with just a free 15-minute intro chat where you can get a sense of what mental performance consulting can look like and determine if working with me is the right fit for you.
