Walk and Talk Sessions
I offer walk and talk sessions as an alternative to traditional sessions where we chat virtually or sit face to face because I recognize that not all people feel comfortable in that type of setting and it can be somewhat intimidating, especially if you're new to working with an MPC. Walk and talk sessions allow you to talk through whatever challenges you may be facing while also being out and active in nature.
If traditional sessions aren’t for you or you want to try something new, let’s try a walk and talk session! In these sessions, we will meet up at a park in the city and simply have our session on the go. These are available only for clients in Winnipeg. If you are interested in a walk and talk session, please let me know when you book with me, and I will reach out to confirm a location.
